Clips from the University of Michigan Workshop 2026

Flipping the script on the original fairytale, Little Red is the story of a relentless young woman training under the enigmatic “Granny” to become the ultimate Wolf-Killer.

A visceral theatrical experience... think Hadestown meets Divergent meets Shakespearean tragedy.  This is a horror-tinged musical with a score that fuses folk, pop and opera.

The show explores the mechanics of fear and polarisation through a thrilling, surprise-filled narrative, ultimately asking whether light can be found in the darkness of the woods.
